Avaya

As an Avaya Enterprise Gold Business Partner, we have specialised in Avaya's Unified Communications portfolio since 1992 with a history of providing Unified Communications solutions to some of the largest, best known corporations in the world, using Avaya technology. Our expertise spans the Avaya Communications Manager IP PBX, Call & Contact Centre and Unified Communications Applications such as Modular Messaging (Avaya, MS Exchange and Lotuis Domino message store), Message Networking , One-X Speech, One-X Portal, Intelligent Presence Server as well as the legacy Octel platforms.

Nortel

We are an accredited Nortel Gold Solutions Partner with a host of accreditations across IP Telephony (Meridian 1 through to CS1000), Call Centres (Symposium to Contact Centre 7), Voice Messaging (Meridian Mail and CallPilot), Data Networking and ICA Unified Communications (linking together your traditional PBX systems to OCS , Exchange UM and Active Directory infrastructures).

Microsoft

We are a long-standing Microsoft Certified Partner, specializing in the integration of traditional and IP communications into the Microsoft application environment. Previously accredited in the Advanced Infrastructure Services competency (specifically the deployment integration of traditional telephone systems in with Active Directory and Exchange), we have now transferred our accreditations into the Unified Communications Solutions competency and Network Services Solutions competency.

Hewlett Packard

As an HP partner, Connect supply, install HP Procurve data technology as well as supplying HP’s market-leading servers.

FCS Computer Systems

Connect supply, integrate and support hotel-specific communications-enabled applications from FCS (Call Accounting, Guest Voice Mail, Auto-Wake Up, Room Status, Minibar, IP Phone Content, Guest Request) integrating them with the hotel telephone systems and Property Management Systems.
