Connect Communications Secures Key Contract Renewal - 22 Dec 2009
Connect Communications, the telecoms integrator and services provider, has today announced it has successfully renewed a pan-EMEA managed service and maintenance contract with BT for a major BT Global Services client in the IT & Services sector. The renewal extends a longstanding relationship with the end client and BT, and underscores the consistent quality of services provided by Connect. The services are in support of a Europe-wide Unified Communications system and will be delivered from Connect's centralised Service Centre in London.
The contract is for the provision of managed services related to the use of an Avaya platform with Connect providing all elements of this service on behalf of BT.
Connect is proud to have renewed this contract with BT and to provide support to BT's Global Services business.
