Connect Exhibit at the 2009 BAHA Conference - 19 Nov 2009
BAHA is a non-profit educational organisation, formed in 1969 with the aim of bringing together those professionals involved in financial management and IT within the hospitality industry.
As a specialist in communications solutions for hotels, Connect were keen to show some of the more innovative aspects of our portfolio to the great and good at the event.

On the stand, we demonstrated Guest Request applications which help manage and measure the service levels that the hotel delivers to its guests as well as touch-screen guest-room phones with customised content specific to the hotel.

We also demonstrated an exciting new concept in guest-room communications, the Avaya Guest Media Hub. A touch-screen desk top device with built-in speaker.
